Haziq came back from school with a rather slight limp as he always has. He put his leather Saffiano on the bedroom floor and sat on the study table where Mr. Rabbit was snoring, twitching his whiskers during the intake.
Haziq: Argh arm pain arm pain!
Mr. Rabbit: <Awoke suddenly. Looks around like an animal looking for signs of a predator> Can’t anybody get a peaceful nap this days?
Haziq: Oh, i’m terribly sorry, twitchy-one, I didn’t realize I was thinking out loud…
Mr. Rabbit: You don’t seem to realize alot of things.
Haziq: <whispers, rubbing his arms> Someone’s groucy…
Mr. Rabbit: Well what d’you expect, darling? I wasn’t dreaming of Mrs. Rabbit when you had to make some noise.
Haziq: Mrs. Rabbit seems to be a frequent visitor of your dreams then?
Mr. Rabbit: I wouldn’t call them dreams <leaning backwards onto the plastic shelves>
Haziq: That’s not very nice..
Mr. Rabbit: You cold or summat? Why are you rubbing your arms?
Haziq: I ran and did some training after school -
Mr. Rabbit: Pardon me, but did I hear you say run?
Haziq: Well, I’m very sure I said it, didn’t I?
Mr. Rabbit: What happened? Did they threaten you in skool?
Haziq: I would say I ran quite voluntarily.
Mr. Rabbit: Well that’s something to write about in you blog.. a rare occurance, probably one that would require a Poisson Distribution!
Haziq: Well, its not as rare as you not sleeping and lazing around, it’s no wonder you’re the only being who can ever anger the saint that is Mrs. Rabbit.
<Mr. Rabbit twitched his whiskers and stared into Haziq’s eyes>
Haziq: You look so cute when you do that…
Mr. Rabbit: STUFF IT!
Haziq: Aww come on.. I was just trying to be nice.. Now, run along Rabbit, or your spouse be worrysome of your absence from home.. you wouldn’t want that to happen would you?
Mr. Rabbit: Oh! Not a chance, not a chance… Cheerio!
Haziq: Goodbye! And do hop carefully..
<Mr. Rabbit hopped down the table and out the balcony>

The gentleman who made a mistake
and did something bad instead
and was called a hypocrite
God save the misunderstood
The friend who never gossiped
but was feeling down and let out
a word, a phrase, a sentence, wrong
God save the misunderstood
The man who did what was necessary
let down his ego, his pride and gave
a humble apology for something
he did not do; he meant good
he didn’t have any feelings for her
but now he lost a friend, a friend, a friend and another
just when things got fun and better
God save the misunderstood
The boy who out of randomness
linked a good trait to a man’s best friend
abruptly so, in a conversation
where the trait was being discussed with malice
God save the misunderstood
The owner of a heart who gave up on being nice
heartwrenched he was for being nice and yet taken wrongly
they never heard him say it from his mouth
but spread the rumours, fired the gossips
how could he not react?
all of it untrue
all of it psychologically inflicting images
anyone would do the same
anyone would feel the same
he had to defend his honour he threw away to apologize
he had to defend his pride he threw away to apologize
he had to defend his ideals he threw away to apologize
he had to defend himself
he did albeit too dramatically
but could he be blamed for doing so?
he couldn’t think straight
he watched as the building fell down to pieces
he picked up a brick and put it back
but the brick broke too
but he kept picking up bricks
because it would be an insult to his design if he didnt
he had to save the building somehow
God save the misunderstood
of all the things they had to remember
they had to recall the mistakes he did
A bad man envisioned in their heads forever
not the kind
not the gracious
not the thoughtful
not the patient
not the silent
not the caring
not the loyal
not the chivalrous
not the gallant
not the pleasant
not the good not the good not the good
God Please Save the Broken,
Silent,
Painful Hearts
of the unfairly,
unjustly, undoubtedly
misunderstood, misunderstood, misunderstood
